If you are thinking of selling your home please give me a call, text or email to set up an interview.  I think you will be surprised at how honest I am about the real estate marketing process.  I don’t think there are any secrets and I won’t try and talk you into a higher commission because of exclusive marketing techniques I have.  Our MLS system and the Internet are about as effective as anything ever could be to get information about your home out to the public.  At that point, the public will compare your home to the others for sale and choose whether to view it or not based on the comparison.  If they view it, then they will decide if they want to buy it.

Service and knowledge/experience are the biggest things you can get from your listing Realtor.  Service comes in terms of responsiveness, availability and communication. Try calling, texting or emailing me right now and you will see that most likely I will respond within an hour or two all the way up until about 10:30pm. I won’t pass you on to a “team member” or an associate of mine.  I will respond personally to you in the manner you choose.  Knowledge and experience are vital in the market today considering the way mortgage companies think.  It might be very boring but being good at paperwork is very important.  You have to know how to package and process the paperwork in order to close on time and to reduce the risks as much as possible that there will be any hurdles to a successful closing.  I have been handline these details on a daily basis for over half of my life — 25+ years.  I have the proven track record off over 830 closed sales!  I have seen it all!

My commission rate is typically a 1/2%-1% below most of my other full-time competitors yet I most likely have 10-20% more experience than they do.
